About us
Little Falls Tech Support is a consulting group led by Michael Vittiglio. Our intention is to help residents and local businesses alike with the challenges that arise when working with modern technology. Initial consultation is free and, sometimes, all that it takes to overcome the obstacles that technology can present.
Michael Vittiglio has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years in a number of different roles including IT support, software development, sales (commercial and enterprise), and project management. The common thread throughout his career has been a passion for helping others and a refusal to be intimidated by the complexity of unfamiliar challenges.

Why?
Sometimes, all you have is a quick question. Perhaps it's a simple bit of curiosity that you are unsure how to approach it. Little Falls Tech Support tries to either answer the question, solve the problem, or quickly find the right people to help. We feel strongly that getting started shouldn't have a paywall; everyone should have the opportunity to learn.

We can also be found helping folks in person at the Little Falls Public Library on set days; usually the Third Thursday of each month.
What?
Yep! Tech support is as simple as sending us a question or stopping by the Little Falls Public Library. It might seem like there's a catch but that's all there is to it! We believe in community and a big part of community is more than just polite interactions but being available to help when needed.
